Curriculum Online Roadshow
Elizabeth Melrose will be performing a presentation about the Unnetie Project at the Curriculum Online Roadshow. The roadshow, which features a number of talks and presentations throughout the day, is aimed at developing multimedia resources for schools. The event is being held on Thursday 1 April 2004 at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Bretton Hall near Wakefield. Yorkshire: A Sense of Place ? 4th December 2003
The project is part of a co-operative regional Consortium, ?Yorkshire: a sense of place?, funded by NOF, which will promote a photographic archive of Yorkshire images held by the library services of Leeds, York City, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire. The consortium has produced a taster session of the four archives on CD-Rom. The CD-Rom is available for Windows and Macintosh computers. Unnetie Exhibition ? 13th September ? 9 November 2003
A selection of images taken by Bertram Unné have been displayed at the Mercer Art Gallery in Harrogate as part of their Autumn exhibition programme. The exhibition ?Caught on Camera: Photographs by Bertram Unné (1913-1981)?, showcased a selection Unne?s work. The exhibition has now closed but is still viewable at the County Records Office, Malpas Road, Northallerton. For more information click here.
